Ingredients
2 cups Nutola granola
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (ie Truvia or Lakanto)
Process
- Put the Nutola in a food processor or blender and turn on high and crush to make fine crumbs. Should be the texture of sand
- Heat butter in microwave 30 sec or until melted
- Add butter and sweetener to the blender and pulse until combined.
- Press into pie plate or springform pan
